Titleist has congratulated Singapore Open champion Jeev Milkha Singh after he clinched victory at the Singapore Open last week using Pro V1x
golf balls.
The manufacturer was keen to point out that Singh, who now top's the Asian Tour's Order of Merit, was one of 103 players that used the ball in the tournament known by some as the 'major of Asia'.
Singh was pressed by a chasing pack which included three-time major winner Padraig Harrington - the Irishman eventually finished one shot back tied for second, also playing with the Pro V1x ball.
A
Titleist endorsee was also high up on the leaderboard come the final round - Rory McIlroy of Northern Ireland tied for fourth place only two shots back from Singh.
The former European Amateur champion used a Pro V1x, 909D2 driver and ZM Irons, as well as the
Titleist-affiliated Vokey Design wedges and Scotty Cameron Studio Select putter.
